No juicer needed! Just a blender :)
This favourite summer recipe was introduced to me by Nicole Brown of Wild Soul Yoga. One sip and I was hooked...and considering I'm usually not a watermelon fan, this recipe is really that good.
Into a blender, throw:
½ watermelon, chopped roughly ¼ cup (ish) water – just enough to get the blender going 1 tbsp honey (more or less depending on taste)
Seedless watermelons are best – if the blender isn’t very powerful, you may need to strain seed chunks out (if you don’t, they just float to the bottom).
That's it! Blend and enjoy on a hot summer day :)
